The Konami Group has announced that they are donating 100 million yen to Japanese quake/tsunami relief efforts, in addition to donations already made by employees.
Additionally, in response to the current power shortage, KONAMI will implement measures to save electricity by shortening business hours at Konami Sports Clubs, turning off all outdoor advertising signs and turning off unnecessary lights for its facilities located within the service territories of the Tokyo and Tohoku Electric Power Companies.
KONAMI sincerely hopes for the safety of the victims and the early restoration of the affected areas.
