In the three weeks since the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami devastated Japan, many of us in both the videogame industry and the gaming press have taken proactive steps to offer whatever aid and assistance we can, from making direct donations to various charity groups to our mission of promoting online auctions that have helped build a strong base to provide funds to various organizations devoted to disaster relief.
While some of us have been working very late nights to organize, coordinate and time content, others have been working hard around the clock to make a new phase of Play For Japan happen. We are proud to announce that we have combined with Akira Yamaoka to promote a special project designed to aid the survivors of this devastating event.
